Patient Satisfaction Information Our patient’s complete satisfaction with their care is a priority to our organization. Capital Region Medical Center has partnered with Press Ganey, the nation’s leading vendor of healthcare satisfaction measurement and improvement of services, to ensure our patients, families and visitors receive very good care clinically, emotionally and spiritually. To measure our patient’s satisfaction within our organization a Press Ganey survey is mailed to our patients. The feedback from the surveys is used for process improvements.
