Phillip Imhoff
Maintenance
Working on the roof with a co worker, Phillip was suddenly caught in an intense situation when his partner called for help and became incapacitated. Phillip quickly called for assistance and had his coworker, now a patient transported to the emergency department where he was quickly whisked away for surgery. Phillip’s quick thinking and calm approach could quite possibly have been the deciding factor in the situation’s positive outcome. Thank you Phillip for all you do.

Joyce Miloro
Cath Lab
Being a great leader means more than teaching and guiding; it means working side by side with your team and setting a great example, something Joyce Miloro does everyday. If Joyce isn’t jumping in to help during a code STEMI, or fulfilling her management duties, she is helping out other departments when they are short handed. Most recently, she was able to help the obstetrics unit out by taking vitals and answering call lights. Joyce is an intuitive leader, recognizing when situations are stressful and when to step in and help. Thanks Joyce for your dedication and your leadership |
