More than physical treatment. When a patient did not show up for a therapy appointment, Gwen made a call to inquire reasoning for their absence. During the conversation she realized the patient's health condition had worsened and immediately called 911. Thanks to Gwen's intuitive nature, the patient was given much needed medical attention and assistance…just in time. Thanks Gwen for making a difference the life of this patient and many others!
