Did someone call a cab? As Tiffany Williams made her return trip to work after lunch, she recognized one of the clinic patients walking along the road. The patient had several bags hanging from her arms and was using a walker. Tiffany turned her car around to see if she could help. Turns out, the patient had missed the bus and decided to walk home. Tiffany wouldn't have it, she welcomed the patient into her vehicle and drove her home and helped her with her packages. Sometimes the little things aren't so little at all. Thanks for all you do for CRMC and the community!

 Dottie Bayne,
Manager Laboratory Services
As the manager of the Lab Dottie Bayne knows to have a successful team she need to support them and give them the tools and resources to do their jobs well. Dottie checks on her staff frequently to see if they need anything and makes herself available in the event she has to work the registration desk or answer the phones. Her staff is so appreciative for all Dottie does they nominated her for this honor. In the nomination form they remarked, "Thank you very much for your help and kindness, we appreciate you and all you do for us and the lab!" Congratulations to Dottie Bayne for her award! |
