Urgent Need for More Exercise Equipment
Capital Region Healthplex is one of the largest and most technologically advanced rehabilitation and fitness programs in mid-Missouri. We have had tremendous growth in our program since the opening of our comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility at CRMC's Southwest Campus. When we opened our doors in 2000, we served 500 fitness clients. Today, we provide services to over 2,500 fitness clients. Additionally, during the last year, Healthplex served over 1,500 patients needing cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and athletic training.
This phenomenal growth rate creates an urgent need for us to:
Install equipment that can provide advanced analysis in the areas of balance and motion analysis (walking, running, throwing, etc.)
Replace and upgrade existing exercise machines in our Fitness Center so that clients have access to the latest and greatest equipment possible!
