Foundation - Gift Clubs

The following Gift Clubs have been established to honor the generosity of our donors. Gifts are cumulative and donors are recognized in their appropriate level with an engraved plaque in the Touch Our Future Recognition Area located in the Main Lobby at Capital Region Medical Center.

Sponsors - $500 - $2,499 Patrons - $2,500 - $4,999 Advocates - $5,000 - $9,999 Founders - $10,000 - $24,999 Benefactors - $25,000 - $49,000 Honorary Trustees - $50,000 and up

All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible in accordance with IRS charitable contributions guidelines.
