Unlike some health clubs and gyms, the Healthplex offers a relaxed and friendly exercise/workout environment. What's more, all of our fitness programs are supervised by exercise professionals and designed to meet the needs and goals of each participant. The results: less risk of injury and more progress toward reaching your ultimate fitness goals. The Healthplex offers the most advanced programs to help you reach your fitness goals. The staff will develop a specialized plan that is right for you. Whether you are looking to lose weight, run a marathon or are just getting started on the road to a healthy lifestyle, the Healthplex offers a safe and motivating atmosphere to help you achieve your best physical self.
Sifting through the abundance of information relating to health, wellness and prevention can be a daunting task. Everyday we hear about miracle drugs or highly invasive surgeries that promise an increase in quality of life and renewed exuberance. Capital Region Healthplex is here to help understand what provides real results and what only offers empty promises. The philosophy of Complete Health encompasses all aspects of mind, body and spirit to help you maximize your potential and strengthen your weaknesses. In addition to fitness programs and therapy regimens, guests also can align body with mind and spirit through massage therapy and Eastern influenced programs such as yoga and tai chi.
We understand no two individuals are alike and, thus, no one program or protocol will work for everyone. That is why each patient or fitness center member is individually assessed to create personalized goals and plans to help reach those goals. Whether you are a patient recovering from heart surgery or a new mom looking to shape up we are available to develop a plan for you.
