What's more, all of our fitness programs are supervised by exercise professionals and designed to meet the needs and goals of each participant. The results: less risk of injury and more progress toward reaching your ultimate fitness goals. The Healthplex offers the most advanced programs to help you reach your fitness goals. The staff will develop a specialized plan that is right for you. Whether you are looking to lose weight, run a marathon or are just getting started on the road to a healthy lifestyle, the Healthplex offers a safe and motivating atmosphere to help you achieve your best physical self.

Fitness Programs

The Healthplex offers a number of options for reaching your fitness goals, ranging from group classes to modern cardiovascular equipment and free weights.  Personal training sessions are also available from experience certified exercise physiologists.

Membership Options

The Healthplex offers fitness plans for ages 18+. A parent must accompany youths under age 15. Following is a list of membership descriptions:

  • REGULAR: any community member under age 62;
  • CORPORATE: any company that has 3 more more employee members;
  • SENIOR: any member 62 and over;
  • FAMILY MEMBER: legal spouse and dependent children under the age of 23 residing in the same household;
  • COMPANY SPONSORED: a business that has signed a Corporate Fitness contract;
  • CRMC EMPLOYEE: CRMC employee, active volunteer, board of governors;
  • ASSISTED FITNESS: post CRMC therapy patient referred and meets criteria.

Forms

 Theses forms should be printed and filled out prior to application. 

  • Membership Application
  • Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
  • Physician consent (needed for males over age 45, females over age 55 and for those with any medical conditions.)

Hours

Monday-Friday 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. to Noon
Sunday Noon to 4 p.m.*
*Closed on Sundays Memorial Day through Labor Day

Getting Started

An exercise physiologist or exercise specialist will guide you in planning your personal fitness program. It all starts with an initial health and fitness assessment to identify flexibility, strength and endurance needs. Then, an individual program is designed to help you achieve success in a safe and healthy manner.
