Our services offer a specific, outcome-oriented plan of treatment for you or your loved one, prepared in collaboration with a primary physician and other health care professionals.

We are a hospital-based home care agency in Jefferson City, which means we can easily and conveniently access the high caliber resources of our acute care hospital, including physician resources.

And, our home health care services ensure a cost-effective use of your home care resources, saving 30-70% in health care expenses, as compared to hospitalization.

CRMC’s home health care services are staffed by caring and qualified healthcare professionals.

We can help with around-the-clock service, with qualified professionals on call. Our staff have the education, experience and expertise to meet your needs, including specialty areas such as:

• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Respiratory Therapy
• Pediatric Therapy
• Medical Social Work
• Nursing Care (including intravenous therapy, injections, pain control, wound care, OB/newborn and pediatric, healthcare diet & medication teaching as well as obstetric and pediatric services)
• Home Health Aides (help with personal care, exercises, ambulation)
• Availability of Durable Medical Equipment
  • Respiratory Services – CPAP, nebulizers, respiratory medications, ventilators
  • Oxygen Therapies – stationary systems and gas or liquid portable systems
  • Infusion Therapies – antibiotics, antivirals, chemotherapy, pain management, TPN and patient education
  • Enteral Therpies – equipment, supplies, patient follow-up and education

A Patient and Caregiver Education program is provided by clinicians, to help you monitor changes in the patient's status, ensuring proper and timely treatment.

We're serious about quality ... so we continually evaluate our services to ensure that we are providing the best care possible. One way we assess our performance is by conducting formal satisfaction surveys with patients and referral sources.

To be eligible for home health care, you or your loved one must be under a physician's care and receive a physician's referral for home healthcare and/or teaching.

Payment for our home health care services is usually by Medicare/Medicaid primary health insurance company or self pay. Our home health care nurse manager can quickly verify insurance coverage, handle your pre-certification and process all forms and filings to ensure valuable time isn't lost when you or your loved one need home health care.

Professional Staff

Professional nurses from Capital Region Home Health will assess your condition to assure that your health care needs are met and perform the skilled procedures ordered by your physician.

Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists will provide exercises to develop body strength and coordination as well as mastery of everyday skills.

Medical social workers are available to assess social and emotional factors and assist with community resource planning as well as long-range planning and decision making.

Home Health aides will assist you with personal care including bathing, hair, nail and skin care as well as dressing. Home Health aides will also take and record your vital signs.
