Nutrition Counseling
Capital Region's food and nutrition department serves more
than 1,300 nutritious meals a day to inpatients and staff.
Registered dietitians provide:
- screening assessment and nutrition counseling for inpatients and outpatients,
- menu nutrient analysis for patients and corporate clients,
- consultation for physicians
and the public,
- clinical consulting for health care facilities
- and nutrition education
programs for the public.
