Nutrition Counseling

Capital Region's food and nutrition department serves more than 1,300 nutritious meals a day to inpatients and staff.

Registered dietitians provide:

  • screening assessment and nutrition counseling for inpatients and outpatients,
  • menu nutrient analysis for patients and corporate clients,
  • consultation for physicians and the public,
  • clinical consulting for health care facilities
  • and nutrition education programs for the public.
