Physical Capacity ProfilePCP Machine

Our post employment offer screenings with the Physical Capacity Profile® are an economical option for employers to reduce the number of worker’s compensation claims, costs associated with claims and insurance premiums related to worker’s compensation.  The test objectively measures if an employee’s abilities match the demands of the job to reduce the potential for injury.   The Physical Capacity Profile® provides medical documentation of impairment according to the American Medical Association (AMA) guides.  These impairments may have been pre-existing from previous injury prior to employment.  It offers objective information for rehabilitation if an injury occurs.  The system presents the information in a timely, easy to read report.  The test is administered professionally and objectively by a team of Occupational and Physical therapists who have been extensively trained in its use.

For additional info about Post offer job screenings with the Physical Capacity Profile® or any of the work related services, call the Healthplex at (573) 632-5614.
