Beginning childbirth preparation - Saturday Class

Having a baby is an exciting time! At Capital Region Medical Center, we would like to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. Learn more about labor, delivery and care for yourself and your new baby by joining us for one Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
