About Working at CRMC

Capital Region Medical Center is a full service health care system that encompasses a full service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state of the art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community.

As a progressive, community minded organization, CRMC consistently strives to provide access to the latest in technology and advancements in health care to our patients. CRMC is the only facility in Jefferson City to offer Robotic Surgery and was the first to be a designated stroke center. CRMC teams work incredibly hard to stay abreast of the best practices in the industry to ensure efficient, effective, timely and safe care for our patients.

Since 1997 Capital Region has been an affiliate of University of Missouri Health Care, central Missouri’s premier academic medical center. This affiliation combines the strengths and research expertise of an academic medical center with those of a community based hospital. Patients can have peace of mind knowing if an extra level of care is needed, help is a seamless transition and a short 30 minutes away.

CRMC team members enjoy an environment conducive to learning and growth. Through the new employee orientation and on-boarding process, new employees benefit from help and guidance from senior employees. The culture of Better. Every day. guides the day to day behaviors of our team with the 4 main tenets: Better Delivery, Better Relationships, Better Ideas and Better Communication. Supported by the values of Compassion, Respect, Accountability, Balance and Integrity, Better. Every day. connects the entire organization with a consistent playbook to fulfill the organization’s mission to promote the health and wellness in the communities we serve.
