Visitors will not be allowed in COVID positive patient rooms, unless it is an end of life situation
or other special accommodations have been arranged. Obstetric patients may have one
visitor/support person. COVID positive patients in the Family Maternity Center may have one
visitor/support person.

Clinic patients and patients receiving outpatient services may have one visitor/support person.
Pediatric patients in the clinic setting may have two parents or guardians accompany them. All
Emergency Room patients will be allowed only one visitor/support person, including pediatric

All visitors/support persons entering will be screened upon entry and are required to wear a mask or facial covering at all times while inside Capital Region Medical Center facilities. Visitors/support persons are also asked to remain in the room of the patient they are with or in a designated waiting area. For the entire policy please visit www.crmc.org/visitors.

In addition, the Outpatient Services entrance will be closed on Monday and remain closed until further notice. Anyone entering the facility must do so through the main entrance of the Physician Office Building or Hospital/Emergency entrance where screeners are located.

CRMC is committed to the safety of our patients, staff and visitors. We will continue to adjust visitor guidelines and policies as the COVID-19 situation changes in our community, and will remain flexible as certain needs arise.
