Billing & Payment Information
Thank you for choosing Capital Region Medical Center for your healthcare needs.
If you are insured, we will submit your hospital claim to your insurance provider for you. Please assist us by making sure we have the correct information necessary for filing the claim.
We offer financial assistance if you are uninsured. To see if you qualify, please visit or call our Patient Accounts Department. Their office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or they can be reached at 573.632.5029.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, check and ACH payments for the payment of any remaining balance on your hospital account. We have online bill pay, which allows you to see your balances, pay online or leave a message.
If you are seen in the Emergency Department, you will receive a separate bill from Southeastern Emergency Physicians for the physician’s professional services. Please call the customer service number on your bill if you have any questions.
If you receive radiology or anesthesia services, you will receive a separate bill from Capital Region Physicians Services for the professional interpretation of the radiology services or anesthesia services performed.
If you receive laboratory services, and your insurance requires us to send to Quest or Boyce and Bynum Pathology Laboratories for interpretation of test results, you may receive a separate bill from their offices. Please call the customer service number on your bill if you have any questions.
