About

Kelsey Day, DNP, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who cares for women experiencing muscle- and nerve-related problems of the genitourinary tract. She provides treatment for urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary retention, dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse), pelvic floor pain and pelvic floor disorders.

Kelsey chose to become an advanced practice provider to learn more and be a stronger advocate for her patients after 11 years as a nurse. She strives to provide holistic and empathetic care for her patients. She loves being present with them to help each patient find agency in their own health and healing in a way that meets their goals.

Kelsey and her husband Jonathan have two children and three dogs: Igor “Iggy” Stravinsky, Vaslav “Vatsa” Nijinsky and Banjo. In keeping with that musical theme, she is a self-taught ukulele player. Kelsey loves playing board games and Dungeons and Dragons, gardening, cooking and building community social supports.
